Return/Exchange Conditions
If the jewellery came damaged (by shipping) or faulty (arrived with tanishes, broken locks, gems fall out, etc), you can either choose to return the piece and get refunded 100% of product value or exchange for a new piece. Either way, the delivery fee will be on us. However we cannot accept exchange or return of earrings because of hygiene reasons.
Please reach out to us immediately through our Instagram (@dremejewellery), after you detect any faults in the jewellery so we can assist. The exchange/return time window is 7 days from the delivery date. However, depending on the issue encountered, such as the severity, we can consider this on a case to case basis.
We cannot accept returns that is due to sizing problems, but an exchange may be possible. So please reach out to us if exchanging is the solution that you're going for. For an exchange due to sizing, our customers will be responsible for the shipping fee. If you need more information on sizing, such as how a particular size may fits, please reach out to us on Instagram directly and we will assist you as best as we can so you can make your decision. Or we do offer custom made sizes, the waiting time for production can be up to 4 weeks.
