All of the jewellery pieces are crafted in Vietnam and shipped from London, England using TNT for international shipping and DPD for UK shipping.

Fulfillment will take about 1-2 days (working and non-working) and shipping period can varies depending on the destination.

Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and The Netherland

America: United States, Canada

Asia: Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, Japan, UAE, Malaysia, and The Philippines

The customer is responsible for paying the fees required by destination country in order to receive the package, which is typical done through the courier, under their custom services.

Orders that are sent back due to unpaid fees will receive a refund of product value WITH any additional charges made by the courier deducted from the refunded amount.
